Art Fair on the Green
Trinity will be hosting its first ever art fair this summer from Friday, August 13 to Sunday, August 15 from 10am to 6pm. This will be an exciting opportunity for Trinity to reach out to the community. If you are an artist or know artists who might be interested in exhibiting and selling their work, call 773-636-5788 or email artfaironthegreen@yahoo.com. Otherwise join us. We are looking for volunteers for a variety of tasks. Or just come and enjoy art on the green and visiting with artists and guests.
Last winter when it was cold and nasty we gathered for "charting the course" to think together as a congregation about ways to live more deeply into our mission of, "bringing Christ’s message to all." Now it is summer and warm, and the outdoors beckons. Art Fair on the Green is an out growth of that meeting which seeks to make us more visible in the community and gives us an informal venue for meeting with our neighbors.
